Who we are
Unemployed Studios is a studio offering brand building, marketing, and website and app design and development for small businesses and local brands. You can reach us at hello@unemployed-studios.com.
How we work
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the price and the payment schedule. Work begins once you accept it. Prices vary by project and are quoted individually; nothing is charged that was not agreed in writing first.
Payments
We invoice according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel a project at any time by emailing us. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we refund any payment made for work that has not yet started. If we are unable to deliver something we agreed to, we refund what you paid for it. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Privacy
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. If you email us, we use your name, email and what you send only to reply and to run your project. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your information. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@unemployed-studios.com.
